As a prevention unit of Cantonese Zhusheng noodles making techniques, China Hotel has created a Cantonese Zhusheng noodles heritage space, where visitors can experience the history and culture of Cantonese Zhusheng noodles through on-site noodle pressing by master craftsmen and traditional utensils.
